This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from FreVi Threads (“we,” “our,” “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth herein.
FreVi Threads currently ships: Across India, and Internationally, subject to service availability and customs regulations of the destination country. Shipping locations may be modified at our sole discretion.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation. Custom-made, handcrafted, or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which shall be communicated at the time of order placement. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.
We ship through reputed third-party courier and logistics partners. Selection of the courier partner shall be at the sole discretion of FreVi Threads.
Domestic (India): 4–10 business days after dispatch International: 10–21 business days after dispatch Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical constraints.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, and order value. Any promotional or free-shipping offers are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges as per the destination country’s laws. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be borne entirely by the customer. FreVi Threads shall not be responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. FreVi Threads shall not be liable for delivery failure, delay, or loss arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once dispatched, tracking details shall be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, subject to availability provided by the courier partner.
Delivery shall be deemed complete upon successful handover of the package to the customer or their authorized representative at the provided address. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
FreVi Threads shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or courier service disruptions.
In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply. Orders returned to origin due to failed delivery attempts may not be eligible for refund of shipping charges.
Customers are advised to: Inspect the package at the time of delivery. Report visible damage or tampering within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photographs or videos. Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in rejection of the claim.
FreVi Threads reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
