This Return, Refund & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for products purchased from FreVi Threads (“we,” “our,” “us”). This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions of FreVi Threads.
This Policy applies to all purchases made directly through FreVi Threads via online platforms, social media channels, or authorized sales representatives.
Returns or exchanges shall be accepted only under the following circumstances: Incorrect product delivered Manufacturing or workmanship defect Size-related exchange, where expressly mentioned on the product description page The decision to approve any return or exchange shall be at the sole discretion of FreVi Threads.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Custom-made, made-to-order, or altered products Products purchased during clearance or special sales (unless defective) Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery Minor variations in color, weave, embroidery, or print inherent to handcrafted garments
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of delivery. Requests received after the stipulated timeline shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must: Be unused, unwashed, and unaltered Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact Be free from stains, odors, or damage Products failing inspection shall be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Customers must provide: Order ID Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue FreVi Threads reserves the right to seek additional information or evidence before approving the request.
All returned products are subject to quality inspection upon receipt. Approval or rejection shall be communicated after inspection.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. In case the requested product or size is unavailable, a store credit of equivalent value may be issued. Store credit, if issued, shall be non-transferable and valid for a limited period.
Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of inspection approval. Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment or issued as store credit, at the discretion of FreVi Threads. Shipping, handling, convenience fees, and customs duties (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is approved due to an error attributable to FreVi Threads, return shipping shall be borne by us. In all other cases, including size exchanges, return and re-shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
FreVi Threads reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if: The policy conditions are not met Evidence provided is insufficient or misleading The product fails quality inspection
FreVi Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from returned or exchanged products.
This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
