FreVi Threads is a women’s apparel and handcrafted clothing brand operating in accordance with the laws of India.

All products are described to the best of our ability.
Slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, prints, or weave may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handcrafted processes. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order through approved payment methods. FreVi Threads reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors or payment failures.
5. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from FreVi Threads. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or operational limitations. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or force majeure events. FreVi Threads shall not be liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

8. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made, altered, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Production timelines for such items are indicative and may vary.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content including logos, designs, patterns, images, text, and branding associated with FreVi Threads are the exclusive intellectual property of FreVi Threads. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to: Misuse our brand name or content;
Engage in fraudulent transactions;
Provide false or misleading information;
Violate any applicable law while interacting with FreVi Threads.
11. Limitation of Liability
